IQVIA's Lifecycle Safety team in Milan seeks a Pharmacovigilance leader to drive a growing function for pharma and biotech clients. Interessato/a a questo ruolo? You will lead a small PV team, mentor staff, and oversee day-to-day management, ensuring high-quality PV delivery across projects.
In this role you will partner with clients and internal stakeholders, support regulatory inspections, and drive process improvements while contributing to growth through proposals and training. English required.
