Baker Hughes is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Team Leader
- Operations Management in Italy to lead machining operations.
You will coordinate hourly teams, drive daily production plans and shifts, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
You will partner with engineering and manufacturing functions to resolve issues and implement Lean improvements.
The role requires an engineering degree, strong machining experience, and the ability to operate in a matrix environment.
