Maintenance Manager (ECM 4)

The Venice Simplon-Orient-Express Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of all maintenance activities related to the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express carriages and related equipment.

This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the rolling stock by implementing effective maintenance strategies, managing a team of maintenance technicians, and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards (ECM 779/2019).

The VSOE Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for budget management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiative, under the leadership of the Engineering Manager. Requirements Maintenance Planning
