Maintenance Planner Develop maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining maintenance engineering reports of KPIs trend and targets; Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, and reliability trends; Support the Head of Engineering Contribute to technical spare parts optimization and contractor management; Support procurement activities within the Engineering area; Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental and corporate requirements; Maintain and update engineering and maintenance documentation.
What you'll bring to the table Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical background; 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within complex industrial environments; Good knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory; Understanding of maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment; Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean Manufacturing) and of safety regulations (GMP is a plus); Fluency both in Italian and English; Strong analytical, communication and ability to work cross-functionally; Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
