Market Support & Logistics Analyst (12-month FTC)

Market Support provide referrals to internal teams as needed. Coordinate with internal and external partners (carriers, CPM, customs, warehouse) to resolve logistics and e-commerce issues. Maintain databases, generate reports, and support audit requirements (e.g., POD, CMR, customs documentation).

Assist with special shipments, sales administration, training support, and other operational tasks as needed. Monitor and manage both PAM and MC Dealer inbox Manage, Maintain and Oversee fleet and vehicle administration activities, ensuring effective management of vehicle lifecycle processes, regulatory compliance, asset tracking, and stakeholder support across the dealer and corporate network.

Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Education Specifications Bachelor's Degree Preferred Experience Requirements Required Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to collect, structure, analyze, and communicate data Strong communication skills – both written and verbal and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Perform duties with minimum supervision Ability and desire to work in a highly dynamic and changing regulatory environment Fluency in English, another language would be advantageous Minimum 3 years of experience Preferred Experience in logistics, order management, customer service, or related field SAP experience EDI DHL and carrier portals Internal tracking and database tools We offer an inclusive compensation package for all salaried employees including, but not limited to, annual bonus programs, employee discounts on motorcycles and related products, general merchandise, and more.
