Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It You're the one who keeps the programme running - and makes it feel effortless. As our Membership Programme Coordinator, you work closely with the Membership Programme Manager to bring our community calendar to life.
From the daily rituals, headline upload content, promote all events, manage our ticketing system, and analyze event data. What You’ll Have 1-3 years of experience in events, community, hospitality, or a similar hands‑on role.
You’re plugged into the city - you follow what’s happening, absorb what’s new, and naturally translate that into ideas for the programme. A creative mind and strong visual sense - you care about how things look, feel, and land with an audience.
You’re a producer, willing to get your hands dirty and get excited for an event production. Strong communication skills and the confidence to reach out to partners and collaborators. You’re proactive - you spot what needs to happen and you do it, without waiting to be asked.
Comfortable working evenings or weekends when events call for it. Fluent in English. Dutch is a pre. Other languages are a welcome bonus.
