## Nautical while on duty, monitor severe weather events, such as hurricanes, affecting the fleets in the assigned area and provide weather routing assistance to vessels as needed. * Assist in incident response while serving as the Port Captain on Duty, providing immediate support to vessels during any emergencies that may arise. * Facilitate necessary communications between the vessel and external entities, including the MRCC, USCG, and Port Agents, while acting as the Port Captain on Duty. * Proactively scan, monitor, and analyze upcoming regulations from the IMO, Flag States, and Classification Societies that may impact fleet operations, ensuring the company gets ahead of compliance requirements. * Actively assist in the ongoing review and updating of the Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure alignment with new regulations and best operational practices. **QUALIFICATIONS ****DEGREE TYPE: ** Bachelor's Degree **FIELD(S) OF STUDY: ** Finance, Emerging technologies. **EXPERIENCE *** At least 4 years of experience in a similar role. **COMPETENCIES
