NGS Field Service Engineer - Italy (Remote + Travel)

Element Biosciences is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our growing customer base in Italy and travel across the EMEA region. You will install, qualify, upgrade and service next generation sequencers, identify root causes, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
