NPI Industrialization Project Manager (m/f/d)

ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liResponsible to transfer new products and major product or process changes from engineering to serial production /li liManages all industrialization related activites within in the product development, which includes prototyping, process planning, process validation and production scale up /li liManaging an interdisciplinary project team consisting of process, equipment and test system engineers,br/ERP/MES architects, supply chain management, purchasing, quality and facility management /li liResponsible for planning, executing and controlling the industrialization project within the designated timeline and budget, including project reporting and stakeholder management /li liCoordination of process planning, which includes definition of the value stream (process, material and information flow), PFMEA/control plan, specification and selection of assembly and test equipment and planning of production layout / infrastructure /li liCoordination of process validation and production scale up which includes installation of infrastructure, production and test equipment, setup verification of software and production master data, HSE assessment, production of prototypes pre-series samples and preparation of phase over to serial production /li liDefinition of project related industrialization requirements like design for manufacturing, design for service and design for reliability /li liParticipation in change board meetings to identify and take over major changes to be executed within NPIbr/Core team member in product development project as main interface to development project manager for all industrialization activities /li /ul h3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3 ul liBachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar field /li li5+ years of professional experience as a project manager of medium to large projects /li li3+ years of professional experience in ramp-up management /li liSeveral years of professional experience in dealing with ERP (SAP or AP+) and MES systems /li liCertification in project management is an advantage (PMI or IPMA) /li liConfident handling of project management software (MS Project and Jira) /li liExperience in Lean Management and Six Sigma (certification is an advantage) /li liExperience with automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, etc.) /li /ul h3OUR COMMITMENT /h3 ul liInnovative working environment in a young, dynamic team /li liHigh-tech projects in the future sector of e-mobility /li liCareer opportunities in a growing company /li liA wide range of further training opportunities /li liAttractive bonus system and performance-related remuneration /li liAdditional Company Benefits /li /ul pbSHAPING THE FUTURE, TOGETHER! /b /p h3WHY ALPITRONIC /h3 pTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
