What You Will Do As an OST Manager CESI S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include: Project Execution Master's degree is a plus 10+ years of proven experience in on-site operations, commissioning, testing or field service activities in the energy or power sector.
Strong background in project execution, scheduling, resource planning and site management. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site teams, resources and assets in an international environment. Solid knowledge of testing, commissioning or diagnostics of high-voltage equipment, such as transformers, cables, GIS or substations, is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills. Key Competencies Strong execution and delivery orientation. Excellent planning, scheduling and coordination capability. Ability to manage trade-offs between time, cost, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
Pragmatic, hands, – approach with the ability to make timely decisions in the field. High sense of ownership and accountability for results. Effective communication with customers, engineers, field staff and internal stakeholders.
Additional Requirements Availability to travel frequently across Europe. Proven ability to lead multicultural and multi-location teams. Fluency in English is required; German and/or Dutch are an advantage.
