Operations Manager, FC Operations

Overview You will lead site operations to drive safety, quality and productivity, shaping the operational plan with a team of Area Managers. You'll act as the link between operations and support functions, delivering initiatives that improve performance and capacity.

This role offers the chance to influence day-to-day execution and explore new ways to innovate at scale. You'll work in a fast-paced fulfilment environment where data guides decisions and leadership supports your teams to perform at their best.

Responsabilità Manage and develop a team of Area Managers Lead shift-based operational teams, address issues, and improve site performance Analyze shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security Design and deliver initiatives to enhance operational performance Mentor and coach team members; provide leadership and development support Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor Fluent in English Fluent in Italian Experience in data-driven business operations processes Experience managing teams Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership Relevant experience in production and supply chains leadership stakeholder communication coaching and mentoring data-driven operations lean principles / Six Sigma logistics/operations environment
