ph3Job Title /h3 pOperations Start-up Leader /p h3Location /h3 pMantova /p h3Type /h3 pPermanent role, full-time /p h3Compensation Package /h3 pCCNL Industria Alimentare, 1° Level, Gross Annual Base Salary €63.500,00. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pAs a CAPEX project team member, ensure Vertical start-up and sustained performance, by proper preparation and leadership of the start-up phase. /p h3Duties /h3 pIn project design phase, assisting in the User Requirement Specifications development by identifying local site operational constraints. /p ul liCoordinate product/process permits licenses with the project manager, quality manager and the regulatory team. /li liCoordinate/manage the starting and training process /li liCoordinate the Raw/Pack/consumables materials availability and production planning during start-up phase /li liDevelop and manage master startup plan for commissioning, qualification and verification phase, designed to achieve a vertical start-up with sustained performance. /li liDuring project Start-up phase, coordinate/manage operational team and ensure product, equipment, line and site certifications are completed on time /li liEnsure a proactive and eective handover of the project to the operational team including the final Manufacturing dossier. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in running manufacturing Projects (e.g.
Product specialist, /li liDeveloped ability to maintain a safe working environment through proper housekeeping (5 S) with safety practices /li liGood knowledge of how training and coach people /li liDeveloped ability to ensure working relationships are harmonious and are focused on achieving common objectives. /li liDeveloped ability to elaborate trade-o for optimal choices. /li li3-5 years of experience in successful Production leadership, as Production manager or line supervisor /li liApproximately 3-5 years of experience as factory pillar leader /li liUniversity Degree in Engineering /li liFluency in English is required. Italian knowledge would be a plus. /li /ul /p
