pOur client is a fully integrated renewable energy platform founded in 2020, now with 25 staff across 3 European offices and a portfolio spanning Italy, Spain, and the U.K. They're investing in developing over 4.5GWp of renewable energy projects across Europe to create a valuable portfolio of projects for investors and utilities. /ppThey have an exciting, newly created role for an Origination Manager to be based in Milan, reporting into Director level. /ppKey responsibilities include: /pulliManage multiple PV projects in their early stages of development, starting from identifying suitable land to securing grid connection acceptance /liliEngage with landowners, local government officials, neighboring stakeholders, investor representatives, and utility contacts in various locations to progress utility-scale solar projects /liliNegotiate land agreements by conducting financial modeling and analyzing site constraints /liliOversee consultants and stakeholders accountable for critical development tasks to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of the required project work /li /ulpQualifications and
Skills
/pulli3+ years in Origination, Business and Project Development of PV Projects /liliSolid understanding of the greenfield solar development process, encompassing site control, securing interconnection, permitting process, and related aspects /liliStrong Energy market knowledge in Italy /li /ulpSalary: 50,000 - 80,000/annum (depending on experience) + Performance bonus + Welfare plan + Stock options /p
