OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead

We are currently looking a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead , you will play a key role in protecting our clientsmanufacturing operations by working closely with Manufacturing local teams, IT departments, Information Security, and global stakeholders.
You will drive Cybersecurity initiatives across our OT environment while helping factories strengthen their cyber resilience and adopt secure ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment across factories and stakeholders. Build strong relationships with factory leadership, OT factory teams, Digital Engineering, IT departments, and Information Security stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
Contribute to the deployment and governance of key cybersecurity standards, processes, and best practices across manufacturing environments such as OT Asset Inventory, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Incident Management, Backup Possibility to following trainings via Stefanini Linkedin Learning, IT and soft skills training provided by our specialists.
