RIMOWA is seeking a part-time Client Advisor for our Milan store located at La Rinascente. The role focuses on delivering exceptional luxury client service, particularly during closing hours and weekends, with a 20-hour workweek on a 1-year contract.
You will welcome international and local clients, conduct consultations, and support sales and on-site repairs while upholding the highest standards of service. Fluency in Italian and English is required, additional languages are welcome.
