People Business Partner

We are looking for a People Business Partner who will support and collaborate with the Control Functions of the Group Head Office. Key responsibilities of the role will include:Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions;Supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management;Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unit;Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence;Ensuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed;Ensuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga team;Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement;Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies;Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture;Ensuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE.Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics or Communication;At least 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excellence in HR & Organization;In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations;Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager;Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;Analytical and problem-solving abilities;Proactive and results-oriented attitude;Fluent English.
