What you'll do
- People Operations
- → Support onboarding & offboarding flows
- → Maintain employee records in our HRIS
- → Draft employment contracts and HR documents
- → Help monitor compliance (GDPR, labor law)
- → Be the first point of contact for HR tools & processes
- Talent Acquisition
- → Support to manage the ATS (Factorial)
- → Screen CVs and coordinate interviews
- → Track recruiting KPIs and pipeline dashboards
- → Ensure a great candidate experience end-to-end
- Who we're looking for
- → Studying or recently graduated in Economics, Psychology, Communications, Law or similar
- → Detail-oriented and process-driven
- → Proactive — you don't wait to be told twice
- → Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish, Portuguese or French is a big plus
- → Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter
- → Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Nice to have
- → Experience with Factorial or similar HRIS/ATS tools
- → Background in HR, recruiting or organizational psychology
- → Basic knowledge of Italian labor law
- → Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI…)

What we offer
