People Manager Coordinator (HR Management)

ALTEN supports its clients' development strategies in the areas of innovation, R this includes responsibilities related to changes and transfers between projects What we are looking for You are the perfect match if: You have a degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or Law; a Master in HR will be considered a plus; You have around 6 - 7 years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition.
Experience in IT consulting companies will be considered a plus; You are willing to take on a new challenge where you will have the responsibility to develop new HR management strategies, tools, and procedures. You will also be in charge of a team of people managers; You have good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
Knowing French and/or Spanish will be considered a plus; You have excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office; Permanent contract Salary Package: 40 - 47k + bonus If your CV meets the requirements, you will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition team for a first phone interview.
