Plant Quality Manager

Overview As Plant Quality Manager at Somfy, you will lead the plant's quality function to ensure products meet functional and regulatory requirements while aligning with group standards. You'll oversee customer, project, supplier, and manufacturing quality, drive continuous improvement, and report on KPIs.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to sustain a robust quality management system and enable change through training and tools. This role offers impact across manufacturing and supply chain in a globally oriented company.

Responsabilità Deploy the group quality strategy within the plant and define the 3–5 year quality roadmap Develop and improve internal quality processes and ensure compliance with Somfy policies Manage customer satisfaction and intra-department alignment on quality Risk analysis and control plans to minimize quality risks Define and manage the quality budget, including forecasts and revisions Establish and monitor Quality KPIs and ensure timely reporting Lead cross-functional project participation and apply quality expertise to major group projects Coach, develop and manage the quality team, promoting a culture of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement Requisiti fondamentali Master in Engineering 10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role in an international company Leadership Change management Openess to external stakeholders 8D methodology FMEA Design and Process Statistical mindset
