Postdoctoral Researcher – Circuit Reconstruction integrate multi‑omics. Develop and maintain reproducible bioinformatics pipelines and contribute to data/documentation best practices. Required qualifications and desired skills PhD in neuroscience, bioinformatics/computational biology, bioengineering or related.
Track record in one or more: single‑cell/spatial omics, molecular barcoding, viral circuit tracing. Proficiency in R/Python; statistics for high‑dimensional data. Molecular biology experience (cloning/molecular barcodes technologies) is welcome.
Nice to have (not required): hPSC engineering/differentiation (e.g., CRISPR/AAV). Environment salary commensurate with experience. Start date: first half of 2026.
