Position Summary The Process Manufacturing Engineer II is responsible for managing all aspects of facility infrastructure and maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures the reliability and efficiency of building systems, utilities, and production equipment while leading the maintenance team to deliver high performance and minimize downtime.
The position also oversees compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in alignment with EHS guidelines, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence and sustainability goals.
Duties Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance and technical expertise. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Supervise, plan, and administer department activities providing a safe work environment.
