the role
/h3 ul liApply process, standards, methods, and tools applicable to the métier /li liOrganize the program development process and its continuous improvement /li liPrepare, share, and maintain the Engineering Management Plan together with the program core team and program support team addressing most specifically the /li liProgram development strategy (design, Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM), Cybersecurity, Verification and Validation (VV), baselines roadmap and sustaining /li liProcesses, tailorings, and agreed deviations (WR) /li liTechnical risks / hard technical topics /li liIdentification of technical referents (Experts, CCN, end users,...) /li liReview of other engineering plans of the programs to ensure efficiency consistency with the Engineering Management Plan (EMP) /li liParticipate to métiers reviews /li liOrganize with the core team members the capture and activities for continuous improvement (Return of Experience on the program engineering’s organisation, strategy, process, decisions, metrics, …) and production of métier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) /li liLead the program development activities to deliver the program items according to the QCD commitment /li liCoordinate the program development team activities /li liEnsure that the product/system reaches the committed performance levels /li liDevelop design-to-cost approach to decrease system/product deployment cost and product unit cost /li liEnsure application of decision making (design choices, make or buy, roadmap,...) and validates decisions together with the program stakeholders /li liEnsure organization, participation, and follow-up of Design Reviews /li liSupport other métiers (Safety, Cybersecurity, RAM, Industrialization) and ensure the link between them /li liEnsure organization, participation, and follow-up of Peer Reviews of engineering work products (specification / documentation / implementations) /li liTo be the program’s interface on technical matters, with support of System Application Architects for systems /li liSupporting technically users for program needs definition and issues /li liCoordinating consistency between program baselines deliveries and needs / long term needs /li liManaging User Groups / user community /li liParticipating to program reviews for technical support technical reporting /li liManagement of the program items configuration together with the Configuration Manager /li liManage the Delivery Master List (DML) and documentation reviews rules /li liEnsure requirement management and requirement report /li liOrganize and lead CCBs (internal and external) /li liOrganize delivery reviews (DyR) and ensure the program items deliveries in configuration /li liParticipate to SW/HW or subsystem delivery reviews /li liFor products, lead hardware change and definition /li liValidate the configurations under PLM /li liValidate the hardware evolution (MR) and associated impacts /li liSupport the Program Manager for engineering cost and planning management /li liProvide QCD analyses estimations on evolutions together with the program core and engineering teams /li liLiaise (with the System Application Architect in case of system) with projects and tender activities (evolutions anomalies analysis, roadmap, documentation support) /li liAlert and report on any event/risks that may impact the program development and associated QCD commitments /li liValidate material selection and procurement activities together with the Program Manger /li liPromote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct. /li /ul pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
