Project Contract Administrator

We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team on a new Pipeline Project in Central Italy. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Team in all contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the proper administration of the Contract and the protection of the Company's interests during project execution.

Responsibilities Support Project Management in the administration and execution of the Client Contract. Monitor contractual obligations, key milestones, and project deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Provide contractual guidance to site and project teams regarding the interpretation and application of contract provisions. Draft, review, and manage contractual correspondence with the Client, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Support the preparation and management of variation orders, claims, notices, extensions of time, and other contractual entitlements. Identify contractual risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation and recovery actions where necessary.

Maintain comprehensive records of contractual events, communications, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with project controls, planning, procurement, construction, and legal functions to ensure alignment on contractual matters.

Assist in dispute avoidance and resolution processes, supporting negotiations and amicable settlements when required. Prepare contractual reports and provide regular updates to Project Management on key contractual issues.

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or commercial management within pipeline, infrastructure, construction, EPC, energy, or oil & gas projects.

Previous experience on site-based projects is highly preferred. Knowledge of contract administration principles and claims management processes. Fluent in Italian and English. Availability to work on site and travel as required by the project.
