Project Lead (Digital Engineering)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Lead to join the T Monitor T Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives; Support governance, reporting, risk management, and project portfolio reviews; Maintain standards, procedures, training materials, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
Job Requirements Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial automation; Experience with KPI management, problem solving, and performance improvement programs. Preferred Experience Track Manufacturing Execution Systems; Vision systems, coding and marking technologies; Regulatory compliance and product traceability requirements; Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Work conditions Working hours: standard daily office schedule (CET 09:00-18:00) with the one-hour lunch break Duration of the contract: 1 year Working setup: 1-2 days/week from home following the client's needs What we offer Salary starting with 30,000 EUR gross/year, depending on seniority level.
