Are you ready to manage projects end-to-end in a global industrial environment, from order intake to final commissioning at customer site? We are seeking a Project Manager - Tissue Converting to join our CAP TC team in Lucca.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, in line with the Valmet Project Execution Model. The position requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of industrial machinery, and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders across engineering, production, customers, and international teams.

The selected candidate will be hired under the National Collective Agreement (CCNL) applied by Valmet Italy for Employees of the Metalworking Industry and Plant Installation Sector (Addetti all’Industria Metalmeccanica e dell’Installazione di Impianti).
