We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our Launch and Expansion team. You will lead infrastructure projects and network strategy across Europe to optimize last-mile delivery nodes, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable growth. This role involves partnering with Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction, and Supply Chain teams to execute key network initiatives.

• ### Key Responsibilities

* Project Management: Lead a portfolio of regional infrastructure and maintenance projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

* Site Upgrades: Plan and oversee enhancements to existing sites, including offices and floor layouts, to support last-mile delivery fleet operations.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Real Estate, Finance, and Engineering teams to elevate site performance standards.

* Strategy & Governance: Develop detailed business cases and strategic documents to secure approval from director-level leadership.

### Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Program/Project Management.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.

* Experience defining program requirements using data, standardizing processes, and working with cross-functional teams.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree.

* Track record of end-to-end delivery, continuous improvement, and presenting results to executive leadership.
