Independent from operations. Job Title: Quality Manager Location: NAS Sigonella Scope: Responsible for planning, implementing, and enforcing the Quality Management System (QMS). Independent from operations.

Duties

Develops and maintains the Quality Control Plan (QCP). Ensures quality procedures are applied across all functional areas. Supervises Quality Control Managers/inspectors. Conducts trend analysis of inspection data, reporting deficiencies and recommending improvements.

Serves as primary point of contact for Government QAEs. Ensures documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions are complete and accurate. Leads quality awareness training for all contract staff. Provides monthly and quarterly quality performance reports.

Mandatory Experience & Certifications ASQ CMQ/OE (Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence). Minimum five years of experience developing and enforcing QMS programs of similar size, scope, and complexity. Cannot be the PM or SSHO.

Preferred / Desirable Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification. Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt. Disclaimer: The responsibilities and qualifications outlined above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by those in this position.
