R&D Engineer

Responsabilità

• Propose and implement technology development and solution concepts
• Execute product development tasks using technical expertise
• Document work and contribute to reports
• Contribute creative ideas to R&D projects and propose follow-up activities
• Build understanding of ABB products, technologies, and customer value
• Provide consulting services to operations and customers
• Collaborate in working teams and share knowledge with colleagues
• Recognize importance of intellectual property and risk management in R&D projects

Requisiti fondamentali

• 2-5 years of experience in electromechanical engineering
• Experience/design of electromechanical products
• Enhanced knowledge of 2D CAD and 3D CAD (preferably SolidWorks)
• Ability to read simple electrical diagrams
• Ability to translate concepts from scratch to design solutions
• Innovative with a solution-focused approach
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Degree in technical fields, preferably Electrical or Mechanical
• Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
