The Amazon Reliability Maintenance and Engineering team keeps all our equipment in excellent working order, from printers to fully automated sortation systems.
As a Reliability Manager, you’ll make sure that our automated systems are working at their best so that our customers get their orders on time. By exploring data on everything from control systems to sensors, you’ll maximise the availability of equipment at your sites.
This role puts you at the forefront of Amazon’s emerging technology to solve complex productivity challenges. The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at level Quadro, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.
Key job responsibilities Create, innovate and drive projects to deliver reliability, ergonomic, cost and resource-use benefits at European-wide scale Increase standardisation within the network of delivery stations, and in future delivery station design Optimize existing equipment/processes and support expansion of new equipment/process from concept to deployment Author and chair reports/ business case reviews to document project status and changes with senior leadership Communicate reliability program status
