ph3Full-time (40H) Permanent Department Manager opportunity at Mantova Outlet Village /h3pAs our Nike Retail Store Coach, your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing programs to drive business results. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage all daily activities in a specific area of the store (SR, Footwear, Apparel, etc.), including selling and service, selecting and developing associates, merchandising and time and business management. /liliExecute and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standard. /liliCommunicate promotional event information to maximize results of each event. /liliIdentify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback. /liliAssist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience. /liliA Bachelor's Degree and 3 years’ retail experience or 4 years’ retail experience in lieu of a degree. /liliA minimum of 1 year’s management experience. /liliDemonstrable experience in retail management, including experience in coaching and mentoring people. /liliAbility to communicate in English. /liliAbility to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office. /liliAbility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed. /li /ulpThe annual base salary for this position generally ranges from €32,000.00 to €48,000.000.
Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience. /p /p
