The position also requires the execution of territory and account plans, delivery of product demonstrations and customer training, and collaboration with stakeholders across clinical environments to maximize customer satisfaction and business performance.

Main Tasks:

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives within the assigned healthcare market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to maximize business performance.
• Deliver product demonstrations, customer training, and ongoing clinical support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing regular feedback to the business.
• Manage territory performance through CRM utilization, sales analysis, forecasting, and budget control.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and long-term account development.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and educational meetings.
• Prepare quotations, support contract negotiations, and contribute to profitable business growth.
• Territory: North-West Italy (primary area of responsibility), with a secondary focus on Lazio and Tuscany as priority development regions.
