ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business)Identify key points of contact through Sales Navigator and all forms of desk targetsActively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnelDocument all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce)Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transactionReview and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goalsAdditional InformationWorking Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‐hour fully paid breakHybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office)Training: 23.04.2026Salary Bulgaria: €1670.39 gross per month + performance bonus €1537.20 gross quarterlySalary Greece: €1150 gross per month + project bonus €150 per month + performance bonus €1000 gross quarterlyRelocation: relocation to Greece/Bulgaria.

2.5 years to up to 5 years of directly relevant customer facing experience in sales or customer service role, ideally in tech or advertising sales sectorAbility to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversationsAmbition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude – a self‐starter with a competitive growth mindsetStrong time‐management skills and ability to work independentlySalesforce experience / prior exposure to a CRM toolPrevious experience within sales (working on warm leads, cold outreaches, research)
