Benefits
/b In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €38.500,00 and € 51.500,00 commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities. /ph3Role and responsibilities /h3pWe are looking for experienced bSAP PP Senior Consultant /bto join our teams in Milan, Turin, Padua, Rome, or Pescara. /ppIf your ideal job is challenging, fast changing and innovative, you are the right candidate to join us in delivering global projects. /ppYou will be responsible for the following activities: /pulliAct as the primary functional point of contact for the client on bSAP PP /b, building trusted relationships with key users, process owners, and business stakeholders. /liliLead requirements gathering and functional workshops, translating business needs into effective and scalable SAP solutions. /liliDesign, configure, and customize the bSAP PP /b module, ensuring seamless integration with other business processes and SAP modules. /liliCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. /liliSupport project planning by identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement. /liliGuide the client through all project phases, including analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, go-live, and post-go-live support. /liliPrepare and maintain functional documentation, functional specifications, test cases, and end‑user training materials. /liliContribute to the design of end‑to‑end solutions by assessing impacts across integrated business processes and other SAP functional areas. /liliCoach and mentor junior consultants, supporting their professional development and project involvement. /liliPromote SAP best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, processes, and quality standards /liliStrong knowledge of Production Planning processes and core manufacturing scenarios /liliExperience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects /liliRequirements gathering, functional analysis, and workshop facilitation with business users /liliSAP PP configuration and customizing skills /liliExperience in testing activities, user training, and go-live support /liliAbility to work autonomously in complex, multi-stream projects /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, front‑end client‑facing attitude /liliExperience collaborating with Project Managers, development teams, and consultants from other functional areas /liliProblem‑solving mindset, results orientation, strong consulting approach /liliGood written and spoken English /liliNice to have: SAP PP/DS knowledge, SAP Variant Configurator/AVC experience, functional knowledge of QM/PM modules and integration, MES systems knowledge (SAP-MES interfaces for production orders, confirmations, material consumption, shop floor data collection) /li /ulpAvvale promotes equal opportunity.
