SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR MISSION: The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities at site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and international scaffolding codes.
TASKS: Supervise scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling activities in accordance with approved drawings and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure scaffold stability, tagging, and compliance with EN/BS standards.
Coordinate with construction, HSE, and QA/QC teams to plan and execute scaffolding work safely and efficiently. Maintain scaffolding registers, inspection reports, and material control logs. Verify scaffold load capacities and ensure proper anchoring and bracing are implemented.
Provide technical guidance and on-site supervision to scaffolders. Ensure adherence to refinery HSE rules, permit-to-work systems, and safe access protocols. EDUCATION
