Location: Rome or Milan, Italy (with flexibility for hybrid work and client travel) Type of contract: Permanent employment contract Job Classification: Metalworking Industry National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico) – Level B3 Position: Consultant/Senior Consultant Gross Annual Salary (RAL): from €36,907 to €61,700 The salary range indicated has been defined in compliance with European and national legislation on pay transparency.
The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum salary treatment established by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the level and position indicated above and does not necessarily represent the starting salary.
The compensation offered at the conclusion of the selection process will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, professional experience, level of seniority, and the specific characteristics of the selected profile, in line with the company’s compensation and job classification system, and in accordance with objective and gender‑neutral criteria.
