VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries. Position Overview As Senior CRM Project Manager for Personalized Promotions design and run structured tests.
Act as CRM lead on the Wallet comfortable with performance data, A/B testing frameworks, KPI‑driven decision making. Experience at the intersection of marketing and product, translating business needs into product requirements and engaging with PM and Tech teams.
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills; can influence and align without hierarchical authority. Structured thinker with strong project management discipline, prioritising and delivering on time. Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
Nice to Have Experience designing loyalty or gamification mechanics. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or equivalent. Experience in a B2B2C or marketplace environment. Knowledge of brand co‑funding / trade marketing mechanics.
