Senior Customer Development Manager - Bakery (Hybrid, Italy)

Caldic is seeking an experienced Customer Development Manager specialized in the bakery market to strengthen their Italian Food Ingredients sales team. This hybrid role involves direct commercial sales activities, relationship management with A, B, and C1 customers, and reports to the Commercial Director Food.

You will manage sales revenue, set strategies for growth, and ensure effective promotion of Caldic's offerings. Candidates should have 15+ years of commercial experience, preferably in the food sector, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science.

The position offers a competitive salary range of €42,500 to €60,000, along with benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and meal vouchers.
