This is a hands-on, strategic execution role for a professional with a background in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Restructuring—either from consulting firms or large corporates. /p pBeyond financial modelling, this role requires the ability to work shoulder-to-shoulder with CFOs and senior finance leaders to implement transformation plans, not just design them.
You will play a pivotal role in redefining finance functions to be leaner, faster, and more insight-led, using data to drive better decisions and enable long-term value creation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation initiatives, from diagnostic through design to execution. /li liAct as trusted advisor to CFOs and finance executives in building future-ready finance operating models. /li liDesign and operationalize financial models related to the Balance Sheet, Profit Loss, and Cash Flow—ensuring they support real-world decision-making. /li liPartner with clients to implement new reporting tools, cost-control processes, working capital solutions, and finance performance management frameworks. /li liTranslate modelling outputs into strategic recommendations and actively participate in execution alongside client teams. /li liLeverage Excel and Power BI to build high-impact dashboards, scenario planning tools, and digital reporting assets. /li liProvide leadership across client engagements, guiding analysts and Associates, and contributing to business development and practice growth initiatives. /li liMaintain a commercial and change-oriented mindset, focused on measurable results and business outcomes. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li7–10 years of senior-level experience in a consultancy environment (e.g., Transaction Services, FDD, Operational Restructuring) or in Corporate Finance within a transformation-heavy setting. /li liProven experience in development of CF Forecast and liquidity management /li liDeep understanding of FPA process and cost-accounting /li liProven track record in implementing—not just designing—finance transformation initiatives. /li liDeep understanding of financial statement mechanics and a strong ability to interpret and manipulate large financial datasets. /li liAdvanced Excel and Power BI capabilities (including dashboard design, dynamic modelling, and data visualization). /li liStrong client-handling experience with an ability to influence at C-suite and Board level. /li liA results-driven and pragmatic approach to problem-solving; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments. /li liDegree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline; further financial qualifications (e.g., ACA, CFA) are advantageous. /li liFluent in English (additional European languages a plus, depending on client base). /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 ul liThe opportunity to lead impactful transformation projects with blue-chip clients and growth-focused businesses. /li liA high-performance, entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and support to shape your own path. /li liDirect collaboration with experienced leaders across finance, transformation, and transactions. /li liA fast-track career route with access to Partner-level exposure and boardroom discussions. /li liCompetitive compensation, flexible working options, and a mission-driven team culture focused on delivery, trust, and long-term value. /li /ul /p
