The Sr. Director, Finance Operations and Project Controlling, EMEA has full accountability for the financial management of the Business Solutions projects portfolio across EMEA, including responsibility over the four business units in the region (UK Master's Degree preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others outside and across the organizational structure, including Dematic Group executive leadership, to build meaningful relationships and drive for results across functional lines.
Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills for budgeting and forecasting combined with a strong attention to detail. Demonstrated leadership and executive experience for an international organization. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage effectively at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
Ability to lead a remote team across EMEA countries at multiple locations to foster collaboration. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor resources to cultivate an inclusive and diverse environment. Strong problem-solving and creative skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. Strong proficiency in English. Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system. Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
