The group leverages an in-house Transformation Team specialised in Technology, IT, Marketing la preghiamo di leggere attentamente quanto segue. For our HR Team, we are looking for a highly skilled professional with solid experience in HR Technology and Digital HR Transformation, with a strong background in implementing and optimizing HR information systems integrated with Artificial Intelligence solutions within complex international environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the technological evolution of HR processes, contributing to projects related to HRIS, automation, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and digital employee experience across global and multicultural organizations.

We are specifically seeking a professional currently working in structured international companies, with 5–7 years of experience in HR Tech, HRIS, or Digital HR Transformation, and proven exposure to global stakeholders, cross-country implementations, and international HR operating models.
