Senior Legal Counsel – Italy (Fintech & Banking)

Scalable Capital is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to own the legal function for its Italian branch, the fastest-growing part of the bank. You will lead customer documentation, oversee new product wording, and manage interactions with regulators and external counsel.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, supervise external advisers, and handle complaints and complex cases in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
