Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Overview

As a Data Analyst – Growth, you will own and improve attribution models and incrementality tests to turn marketing spend into evidence-backed decisions. You’ll collaborate with Growth and Finance, shaping the measurement roadmap and delivering dashboards powered by AI to answer stakeholder questions. The role sits in a fast-growing fintech with a strong bias toward data-driven decisions and cross-functional impact. You’ll work on real budget allocation decisions that affect growth across channels and markets.

Responsabilità

• Own end-to-end attribution models and touchpoint definitions; explain movements to stakeholders
• Design and run geo tests and conversion lift studies within Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Build and drive the incrementality testing roadmap in the initial months
• Collaborate with channel teams and Finance to align on what the numbers say
• Use AI to streamline stakeholder requests and deliver dashboards that answer core questions

Requisiti fondamentali

• Owned an attribution model and explained differences (last-click vs first-click)
• Experience testing incrementality in ad platforms (geo tests, conversion lift)
• Ability to translate technical results for non-technical stakeholders
• Self-sufficient in SQL and a BI tool (Snowflake, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Experience using AI within analytics workflows
