Requisiti laurea magistrale in discipline economiche, finanza, ingegneria gestionale, matematica o percorsi di studio equivalenti. esperienza professionale di almeno 5 anni maturata in ambito Planning spiccate capacità di problem solving e collaborazione, con attitudine a lavorare con interlocutori e funzioni differenti e a favorire la condivisione delle informazioni.
Costituiscono requisiti preferenziali esperienza maturata presso intermediari finanziari, istituzioni bancarie, società di factoring, società di revisione o società di consulenza. conoscenza dei prodotti di factoring, del gestionale K4F e dei principali processi regolamentari e segnaletici applicabili agli intermediari finanziari. capacità di utilizzare concretamente strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale a supporto dell’elaborazione, dell’analisi e della rappresentazione dei dati.
Retribuzione annua lorda (RAL) iniziale non inferiore a € 44.000, eventualmente integrata e commisurata alle competenze e all’effettiva esperienza maturata dalla persona selezionata.
