Responsabilità

• Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time and on budget in line with Henkel PM framework
• Manage all technical and engineering aspects of projects across Europe (Casarile, Italy)
• Drive all project phases from feasibility to hand-over and closure, including lessons learned
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as appropriate
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for alignment and transparency
• Collaborate with internal experts and technology specialists for best-in-class solutions
• Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably CAPEX projects in process industries
• Strong project management skills with relevant tools and methodologies
• High self-motivation, autonomy, and flexibility in a dynamic international environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD applications
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel across Europe
