The Role

Cumming Group are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Milan office. You will lead the delivery of a large-scale mission-critical development from construction through to commissioning. The successful candidate will act as the client's representative, overseeing contractor performance, project controls, stakeholder management and overall project delivery throughout the programme lifecycle.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a construction professional with a strong background in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or complex industrial developments, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and major contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery of data centre construction activities on site. Act as the primary client representative, ensuring project objectives are achieved. Manage contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders throughout all phases of delivery. Oversee programme, cost, quality and health
