The Adventure Ahead As our Senior Security Engineer, you will be the ultimate guardian of Docebo’s cloud frontier, taking absolute ownership of our AWS infrastructures security posture.
You will collaborate hand-in-hand with Cloud Infrastructure, Operations, and Engineering teams to architect, deploy, and elevate cutting‑edge controls across every layer of our technology stack—from IaC pipelines to container orchestration.
This high‑impact role gives you the autonomy to outsmart cloud threats, pioneer automated defenses, and play a direct role in protecting the platform that empowers millions of learners worldwide. The Day-to-Day Fortify the Cloud: Own the security posture of Docebos AWS environments by defining and enforcing secure account structures, service control policies (SCPs), guardrails, and baseline configurations across multi‑account setups.
Shift-Left Security: Partner closely with Cloud Infrastructure teams to integrate proactive security controls, guardrails, and automated scanning directly into IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead the Defense: Build, maintain, and tune cloud‑native threat detection coverage (aligned with MITRE ATT
