Long term freelance assignment We're looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide Level 2 deskside support across end-user devices, network infrastructure and meeting room technologies.
Key responsibilities
Level 2 hardware and software support Device deployments, imaging and hardware refresh Smart Hands support for network, server and AV infrastructure Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and Teams Rooms Office moves, asset management and end-user support Coordinating with vendors and Global IT teams Experience in onsite/deskside IT support Strong Windows, hardware and Office 365 troubleshooting skills Smart Hands experience with networking or infrastructure Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience supporting enterprise environments
