Tecnimont, MAIRE's flagship company for Integrated E To co-operate in selecting Subcontractors and awarding subcontracts, checking the documents issued for Inquiry, ensuring that management specifications and subcontract schedule are prepared, preparing technical tabulations and indicating the order of preference for bids deemed technically acceptable.

As first responsible for HSE, he has to ensure the implementation at site of the Tecnimont HSE policy, HSE management system and related performance objectives and targets. Activate all organizational and logistic aspects of the Site; Manage the allocated resources in agreement with the referenced Department; Ensure the Responsible of the Project, the construction and site management, in compliance with time schedule, cost, quality and HSE; Manage the contract with Client according to the Project Manager's guidelines; Through site management personnel, to manage site subcontracts; Organize and develop procurement activities for materials to be purchased locally; Guarantee continuity between the completion of Construction and Precommissioning, so as to optimize Project schedule timing; Establish and check reporting for Head Office and, according to the Project Manager's directives, to Client; Organize any corrective action required to prevent interruptions to erection activities, to reduce delays in work schedule, and bring costs back to budget levels and prepare the Site final report. Skills

Engineering degree or equivalent At least 10 years of proven experience in EPC construction site management Solid knowledge of construction planning, cost control and site execution Strong HSE awareness and experience in safety management systems Experience in managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams Strong leadership, problem-solving and result orientation Good communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English Contract Type and Classification Contract type: Permanent Applicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) Job classification level: Middle Manager, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement Compensation The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 90.000,00.

The compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation bonus. Any additional variable components and/or benefits, regulated by Standards, Policies and/or company agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process.
