Sleep-Tech Talent Recruiter — Equity & Flexible PTO

Eight Sleep is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles. Interessato/a a questo ruolo? You'll act as an internal headhunter, sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent while partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and run a sharp interview process.

You will keep the pipeline full, move quickly, and maintain a high bar as we scale teams powering growth.
