Software Project Leader

Retribuzione / Benefits hybrid work arrangement flexible work-life balance up to 50% growth opportunities trust and ownership culture country-specific perks and well-being benefits Responsabilità Drive design and development of electronic control platforms for professional solutions Act as Technical Product Owner by defining priorities and aligning stakeholders Plan, execute and monitor timelines, resources, and budgets Inspire and develop firmware, software, and SQA teams Use data-driven insights to measure progress and outcomes Translate requirements into technical specifications and plan implementations Leverage AI tools to improve team efficiency and performance Drive standardization and alignment with global architectures and strategy Identify and manage technical risks and issues with timely mitigations Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent Proven FW and SW coding principles and best practices Leadership experience in a software development environment Embedded Systems development experience including microcontrollers and real-time constraints Ability to convert customer and business needs into technical specs and plans Proficiency in applying AI across the software development lifecycle Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional, international settings Experience with Agile and Product Owner or project leadership responsibilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented technical decision-making Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams excellent communication stakeholder management cross-functional collaboration Embedded Systems development microcontrollers peripherals and protocols
